日本公司不會直接提交 Visa Application。
The Japanese company does NOT directly submit the visa application.

日本公司只負責準備 supporting documents。
The Japanese company only prepares supporting documents.

香港申請人／香港公司收到文件後，於香港經 VFS 提交完整申請。
The Hong Kong applicant/company submits the complete visa application package in Hong Kong via VFS.
